Mr. Chizick has obtained a wealth of insurance defense experience through his employment as both an in-house counsel for a major national insurance company, and as private counsel representing doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice actions. 

Jayson has represented employers, insurance companies and Plaintiffs in workers compensation matters, affording him a more complete understanding of the system.  Born and raised in Toronto, Jayson graduated from York University in 1997 with a B.A., and a certificate in practical ethics.  He then attended law school in Michigan, and graduated from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2000.  Jayson shares the firm commitment to proactively manage litigation so as to contain costs and achieve results in a timely and efficient manner.

Jayson was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001, followed by admission to the Michigan Bar in 2004.
